Hello, Poly Families, we will be moving the blog very soon to reflect our integration with ASU and University Housing. We are no longer Williams Campus Housing, we are now University Housing. More updates to come soon!
Hello -- Polyfamilies!
Hello, all! Summer is upon us, and it is heating up. This is a friendly reminder that as it gets hot, to make sure pets have water and shade, and that it is important to stay hydrated when playing outside.
The pool season is in full swing, and it only costs $1 to get in!
Remember, that if you have a small pool at home, you need to dump it out immediately after use so we can keep our campus safe!

Our Community House
Today was great!
Thank you everyone for your help.
By the time I left we had painted in the living room and dining room. The play room was blue and the most lovely shade of orange. Pictures were hung and even the kids had gotten a chance to make us some paintings. We had a wonderful neighbor donate a dresser and a whole stack of children's books.
Our community house feels like a home. Thank you for all of your support on making it happen. You ROCK!
There are still some donations we are looking for -- specifically rugs for the rooms and kitchen, an entertainment center or tv stand, and shelving

December Newsletter...Sorry it's Late
NEW Program...Stampin' Up
Hey, all! We are having a new program set up by one of your fellow residents, a Stampin' Up Party at the Community House on Saturday at noon. We are going to have drinks, snacks, and crafting with cards. Hope to see you there!

OCTOBER NEWSLETTER
October is here, folks! We are counting down the days to Boo Bash, getting ready for our hike at Peralta trail and looking forward to seeing all of you!!** Click on any of the images to see a larger version.**
A few notes: We will be giving out raffle tickets for some AWESOME prizes at Boo Bash. Here is how you earn them:
1. Making our neighborhood great by taking pride in our community -- How?
- Making sure you and your guests are always parked in designated areas
Bringing in your trash/recycle can the day of trash/recycle pickup
Keeping your yard, carport, and surrounding area looking great and clutter free.
2. Volunteer for Boo Bash -- How?
Come out and help set up the haunted house the week of Boo Bash
- Help run carnival games
- Be part of the haunted house
- come out and help break down the haunted house the morning of Halloween (the day after Boo Bash).
3. Donate to Boo Bash -- What?
- Candy
- Costumes/ makeup
4. Compete for prizes in our annual Trunk or Treat program!![]()

Refer a Friend and Get ½ Month in FREE RENT
Effectively immediately, Williams Campus Housing is offering you a chance to earn money towards your rent. If you refer a NEW applicant to Williams Campus Housing and they sign a license through JULY 31, 2010, you will receive a credit worth ½ month in FREE RENT after they move in. Each current household can earn up to two referral credits worth at total of ONE MONTH’S RENT.
Also, let your friends know that if they sign a License Agreement within 24 hours of touring the property, and that license is valid through JULY 31, 2010, we will waive the $250 security deposit. They get the opportunity to move in for only the $50 application fee (plus pet deposit, if applicable).
